HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER IN ONCE I PLACE IT?
Prints are usually in within 4-5 business days, albums and books take a bit longer and canvases take two business weeks. TRP places print orders every Monday so your countdown starts the first Monday after you place your order.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL BE IN MY GALLERY?
For full sessions, a minimum of 30 images will be in your gallery. On occasion, a newborn gallery may have less depending on the baby during the session, but almost always, I have at least 30 different images to place in your gallery.
HOW DO I ORDER?
You may order directly from your gallery using the order form attached to your gallery link if viewing online or in person if viewing your gallery at the studio. All orders come in to the TRP studio and you will be contacted to pick up your order. If an order requires mailing, there will be a postage fee. Orders must be paid in full before they are entered at the lab.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
TRP takes most forms of payment. You may pay through PayPal or checks/money orders can be mailed to TRP. If paying cash, I prefer if you bring that by in person since the mail is not safe for cash transactions. Checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.
WHAT DO A WEAR FOR MY SHOOT?
Avoid wearing neon or bright colors, as they create unattractive color casts. Try to wear complimentary color palettes that relate well to the location you will be shooting at. For example; greens, blues, and neutral tones look great in forest/meadow locations, where-as deeper colors such as navy, and burgundy look great in urban locations. Try choosing one multi-colored shirt, like plaid, and build your palette around the colors in that shirt. Please visit the 'Meet The Artist' page for an example on how we used my sons shirt to build the palette for our own family portraits. Be sure to wear clothing that is flattering to your body and tasteful. Don't hesitate to send your questions and pictures to me, I'm happy to help! HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
I have a session fee and a minimum purchase on prints and/or digital images. The session and minimum depends on the type of session that you are booking. Please refer to the tabs "session information" and "product pricing".
